A proper editor
Headings, tables, task lists, images by upload, paste or drag, YouTube videos, highlights, alignment, links and a word count. The same editor is used for blogs and help articles.

Folders and sharing
Share a document or a whole folder as owner, editor, commenter or viewer, with people or with everyone in the organisation. Access carries down through folders, and owners and admins can see everything for handovers.

Public read-only links
Off by default. Turn on a random link, set an expiry or regenerate it at any time. Moving the document to the trash turns the link off.

Comments and mentions
Comment in threads, mention teammates and resolve when done. People are notified in the app when a document is shared with them, when they are mentioned and when someone comments.

Versions and safe saving
Saves happen automatically, with snapshots every 10 minutes or when someone else starts editing. Name a version, preview it and restore it. If two people save at once, the second is told who changed it first.

Start from built-in templates or turn any document into a template for your organisation.

Export, star and trash
Export to PDF, Word, Markdown or HTML. Star the documents you use most, and restore anything from the trash, folders included.

AI summary and action items
One click gives a summary, action items with owner and due date, decisions and open questions. It is marked out of date when the document changes.

Write with AI
From the editor's AI menu: improve the writing, fix spelling and grammar, make it shorter or longer, simplify, continue, change the tone, translate into Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and other languages, or give your own instruction. The draft lands in the editor for you to keep or change.
