Drivers sign in on their phone, start and end trips with odometer readings, mark stops done with receiver name, signature and photos, and log fuel, defects and checks.

Run pre-trip checklists on the phone. Each defect becomes an issue, and a critical defect keeps the vehicle off the road until it's fixed.

Plan service by kilometres or days, get reminders before it's due, and run work orders with approval above your limit. A vehicle in the workshop can't be dispatched.
