Any export file

Nimi sorts and matches
Nimi works out what each sheet holds, skips totals and summary sheets, and matches the columns. Each sheet is marked "Nimi is sure" or "Please check". Only the headers and three sample rows go to the AI, through the privacy gateway.

The right place for each sheet
Companies, contacts, leads and deals go into CRM, staff into Employees, mailing lists into Subscribers with their opt-outs kept. Anything else becomes a Cloud Database table with its column types.

Every row checked first
A dry run goes through each app's own import before anything is saved: new, will update, already there, or left out with the reason and the spreadsheet row.

Safe to leave, safe to re-run
Records move in batches with live progress and pick up again after a restart. Running the same file again creates no duplicates, because every record is linked to its row in the old tool.

Check it moved, or undo
The report shows what was added, updated, already there or left out, and checks records fetched back from the app. Undo removes what an import created. Nobody is invited or emailed by an import.

Exact copy of your website
Nimi first checks your current site, then copies its pages, files, photos, colours and fonts so it looks and works the same. Change text, prices, photos and colours as a draft, then publish, yourself or by asking Nimi.

Blog posts and forms come along
Blog posts move into the Blogs app and stay at their old addresses. Your site's existing forms keep working and save each submission into a Database table.

Nimi copies your website photos into Assets, reads your menu or product catalogue into drafts you tick, imports staff, customer and subscriber files, and helps connect your domain with redirects from old page addresses.
